# CreativeBase > One base for your whole production. From talent to leverage. > CreativeBase (creativebase.ai) is production management software for production teams and companies. It runs film, video, photo and event productions from the first pitch to the final invoice, in one place: pipelines and pitch pages, budgets, client quotes, change orders and invoices, crew and call sheets, a client portal, post-production review, files, messaging, calendar and finance, with an AI assistant called Grizzo. It is used for commercials, music videos, brand content, photo shoots and live events, by directors running their own jobs and by production companies running many productions at once. Based in Miami, Florida. Not to be confused with CreativeBase OS (creativebase.app), creativebase.co or creativebase GmbH. ## What it does - Opportunities: several pipelines (sales, post-production, custom) with stages, win probability and a forecast. A won pitch becomes the production. - Pitch pages: one link per pitch with the idea, an imported treatment, dates and up to three price options. The client approves an option, books a call, asks or passes; approving moves the pitch to Won. - New production: import a project by dropping in the client's brief (email or chat screenshots, RFP, treatment, PDF); Grizzo fills in the form for the producer to confirm. Kinds: video, photo, photo and video, and event productions (brand activations, launches, concerts, conferences, pop-ups, private events). - Every production has Overview, Creative, Budget, Crew, Call sheet, Tasks, Files and Post. - Creative: mood boards on a freeform canvas with live cursors; a shot list with setups, day totals and an on-set mode, importable from Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers or CSV; a looks list for photo shoots. - Budget to invoice: AICP-style, photo (APA-style, with creative fee and usage) and event budget templates, or an imported spreadsheet. The client quote is built from the budget and checked against it line by line. Change orders are approved by the client before the work. The invoice comes from the same numbers. Quote currencies: USD, EUR, MXN, GBP. - Crew: the Crew tab shows the crew budget left to allocate and the priced roles nobody holds yet. Crew calls (an open link and story image), availability checks, and Message crew (one message sent as each person's own email, with an optional video call that becomes a calendar invite). - Call sheets: one per shoot day, with weather, sunrise and sunset, nearest hospital, 11 departments, per-person call times, a run of show and a readiness check. Crew confirm in one tap with no account. - Crew Pass: each crew member's personal link with only their days, plus their details, invoice and a W-9 filled and signed in the browser (only the last four digits of the tax ID are stored). - Client portal: one private link per production where the client approves the quote, changes and cuts, sees status, invoices and files. Every sign-off is recorded with name and time. - Post: deliverables, review rounds, notes pinned to the second, separate client and editor links; for photo, a keyboard selects view, a client selects gallery and a retouch board. - Reports: a client status report, a team cost report (budget, actual, committed, projected final cost, margin) and a wrap report, as text or PDF. - Finance: owed to you, overdue, you owe, profit by production, crew and vendor bills, W-9s and 1099 flags, a tax pack and a read-only accountant link. - Team: company workspaces with owner, admin and member roles; outside collaborators get per-section access to a production. - Messages, tasks and a calendar with two-way Google Calendar sync and Google Meet invites. - Directory: crew book with rates and history, places, vendors with insurance status, companies, and Discover studios. - Portfolio: a public page of your work whose enquiries land in your pipeline. - Grizzo (AI, runs on Anthropic Claude): reads productions, budgets, crew, call sheets and the company's own documents, searches the web, writes documents, sets up a new account, turns a brief into a production, and drafts follow-up emails. It changes data only when the user presses Apply, and the user reviews and sends every email. It does not build call sheets or write shot lists. - Rental studios: a free studio account with a public page, a calendar of booked, hold and blocked days per space, and producer enquiries. There is no phone app for producers. - Crew and clients need no account. They use links on any phone: call sheet confirmations, Crew Pass, availability checks, crew calls, W-9 requests, review links, the client gallery, the client portal, pitch pages and quote approvals. - Freelancers and crew who want more than the links can book a call or join the waitlist on the freelancers page (https://creativebase.ai/creatives). ## Pricing and access - Accounts start with a short call (a demo) with the CreativeBase team. Pricing is set per customer on that call and is not published. - A trial, if wanted after the call: the first production is free, with no end date. - People invited to a production use it free.
