CreativeBase is a production management platform built for directors, producers, and creative teams. We operate at creativebase.ai and app.creativebase.ai. For privacy-related questions, contact us at hello@creativebase.ai.
2. What We Collect
Information you provide: Name, email address, and password when you create an account. Payment information processed securely through Stripe. Project data you enter into the platform — budgets, call sheets, shot lists, crew contacts, assets, and any other production content. Files and media you upload, including video, images, and documents.
Information collected automatically: Usage data such as features accessed, pages visited, and actions taken. Device information including browser type, operating system, and IP address. Cookies and similar tracking technologies necessary for platform functionality.
3. How We Use Your Data
To operate and deliver the platform and its features. To power Grizzo, our AI assistant, which uses your project data to generate context-aware responses. To send transactional and product notifications via email, Telegram, and web push (based on your preferences). To process payments and manage your subscription. To improve platform performance, fix bugs, and develop new features. To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
4. Grizzo AI Assistant
Grizzo is powered by the Anthropic Claude API. When you interact with Grizzo, your project context and prompts are sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic's API usage is governed by their own privacy and data handling policies. We do not store your Grizzo conversations beyond what is necessary to deliver the in-session response, unless explicitly saved as part of your project.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with the following third-party service providers necessary to operate CreativeBase:
All processors are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only as directed by us.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted upon written request. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@creativebase.ai.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@creativebase.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies required for authentication and platform functionality. We do not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication via Supabase Auth, and restricted access controls. No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable law.
10. Children
CreativeBase is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
12. Jurisdiction
CreativeBase is operated from Miami, Florida, United States. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
